Join us this Sunday as we gather outdoors at Moebius Nature Center, (929 E. Mennonite Road) for our 9am service. It’s about an 8 minute drive from the church. Click here for directions.
Please arrive by 9:00am to give yourself time to park and walk up — worship starts at 9:15. We’ll be under the pavilion at picnic tables, so dress for the weather, including casual clothes and comfortable shoes. The lower parking lot has plenty of space, and it’s a nice walk up. If you need closer parking or have mobility concerns, there’s limited parking near the pavilion, and Pastor Derek will be running a minivan shuttle if you need a ride.
Mrs. Lynagh and Chloe will lead a nature walk and story during this service, so bring your young explorers.
The Worship Collective will be with us playing acoustic music, and we’re reading Mark 4:26-32, Jesus’ parables about the growing seed and the mustard seed, as we kick off our stewardship season.
We’ll explore a new concept, refugia, small sanctuaries where life endures, through Jesus’ mustard seed parables, asking how our giving and presence create shelter.
If you’d rather worship indoors, our 10:30 service will meet in the sanctuary as usual.
