We would love to have you become a part of our church family.  Our members come from many different theological backgrounds.  As of March, 2006 there are over 40 different theological backgrounds represented at our church.  We truly are a “community” church.

From the Code of Regulations: 

The members of this Church shall be persons who have been received into its fellowship by any of the following methods:

• presentation of a letter of transfer from another Church or if a member of another Church and a letter is not available, by statement of desire to become a member of this Church;

• confession of faith and baptism;

• recommendation of the Minister and/or the Elders when baptism is waived because of personal conviction.

If you are interested in joining the church, we invite you to participate in our “Steps to Becoming a Member” program which is held three times a year.  Although we encourage you to participate in all the steps, it is not required.

Three Steps to Becoming a Member

1. Pastor Orientation

a. Sunday evening  7:00 – 8:30 PM.

b. Meet with a Minister for overview of the church.

2. Fellowship Breakfast

a. Sunday morning  9:30 – 10:25 AM

b. Overview of various committee functions and opportunities led by the

     membership committee and lay leaders.

3. Joining Sunday

a. Sunday morning service

b. Join in front of the congregation and return afterwards to Fellowship Hall for refreshments and an opportunity to meet with your new Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
