Carol began her present part-time position of Financial Assistant in charge of receipts in March of 2004.  She graduated from Miami University in 1964 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.  She also minored in Business with an emphasis on Accounting.

Her minor has served her well in her present position.  In the past, she used her major by teaching various levels of Math in grades 7 - 12.  She retired from Aurora High School in June of 1993 after 13 years of teaching.

Carol has been very active in other areas of our church.  She has been a member of the church since December of 1976, and a member of the Chancel Choir since the Fall of 1976.  She has played in the Handbell Choir for more than 25 years.  She has also served as the Treasurer of Nutcracker Sweets since 1982.

Carol has also been very involved with Aurora Community Theatre since 1979.  She served as Treasurer for 9 years.  She has been Ticket Manager since 1981 and moved up to Business Manger in 1994.  She will be retiring from the ACT Business Manager position on December 31, 2006. 

Carol has been married to her college sweetheart, Bernie, for 42 years.  They have two children, son Bernie and daughter Diane as well as five grandchildren.
